1) Call to order
2) Introduction of Board Members
Members present—Darryl Jan Porter, Vince Pisano, Terry Herr, Jim Brown,
Eddie Moore, Morty Rallapalli, Kathi Cook
3) Approval of November action minutes—Approved, 4-0; Kathi Cook, Morty
Rallapalli , Eddie Moore abstained
4) Building permit review, Bruce & Mindy Harris, Milton Outdoor Power, 860
Mayfield Rd, 2nd submittal
Motion to Approve with conditions, Kathi Cook
Conditions:
(1) Awning color should comply with Crabapple Crossroads
permitted colors;
(2) The proposed sign should be placed beneath the roof line, per
the requirements of the City of Milton Sign Ordinance;
(3) All Crabapple Overlay requirements shall be met, per
requirement/approval of Community Development staff;
(4) The posts support the canopy shall be 6x6;
(5) The proposed parapet shall be finished and painted on all sides;
(6) All outdoor storage shall be placed/stored by City of Milton
Ordinance requirements;
(7) Add pots with plantings, shrubs, etc. to front exterior;
(8) Consider adding a bench to front;
(9) Brackets shall continue to area in front of garage doors, and
ends of canopy;
(10) Awning material shall be metal;
(11) Garage doors shall be barn door style, vertically folding

Comments:
Replace entire amount of space required by the 5 foot landscape strips
somewhere on site. Possibly reduce parking in front of the building, and
expand landscape islands.
Possibly share of parking with CVS.
Bury dumpster deeper on site.
Board supports the elimination of the northern landscape strip, but they
want that area to be compensated for somewhere on site.
Site will be more efficient if parking is located around the edges of the
property.
Explore redesigning site—shift building to north, make layout more
efficient. Instead of entrance drive curving around into front drive aisle;
consider keeping drive straight so that it dumps into the side drive aisle.
