Vote to accept revised agenda Approved, 6-0* 2. Vote for new Chair Kathi Cook, Approved, 6-0 3. Vote for new Vice Chair Terry Herr, Approved, 6-0 4. Approval of February minutes Approved, 6-0 5. Demolition permit, 13937 Hwy 9 Approved, 6-0 6. Demolition permit, 12780 Birmingham Hwy Approved with conditions,6-0  The structure shall be taken down to the ground, no walls shall remain(if determined by Staff not to be Historic),  The applicant shall confirm with the Fulton County Historical Society that the house has not been labeled a historic structure 7. Kennewick Sales Trailer Deferred to next meeting, 6-0 8. Braeburn Landscape Plan, Courtesy review Birmingham Hwy John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods  Provide plan which identifies locations, sizes, and types of plantings,  Provide a typical planting rendering,  Realign trees along Birmingham Hwy so that they frame doors,  Relocate HVAC units along Birmingham Hwy to side of buildings; reduce width of sidewalk if necessary,  Add native perennials such as hydrangeas and black-eyed- susans,  Repeat arbors at steps along Birmingham Highway. 9. Crabapple Crossroads Amenity Area Crabapple Road, Building review Homes by Williamscraft, Inc. Approved with conditions, 6-0  Gutters shall be half-round,  Downspouts shall be round,  Colors shall be compatible with color scheme of existing houses,  Colors as submitted are acceptable. 10. Davenport, Barn remodel, Building review Mid-Broadwell Road Larry Davenport Denied, 6-0  Building does not meet Crabapple Overlay requirements (i.e. offsets, fenestration, windows),  All four elevations need attention, especially south,  Possibly replace stone porch with wood ,  Keep roof a neutral color,  Doors, handrails should be a natural wood color or color from stonework,  Window trim possibly a two-tone color or off white,  Overall intent is good. 11. Windward Village, Courtesy building review Windward Pkwy & Hwy 9 Easlan Capital  More detail is required for the back of building; should look more like individual units,  Break up the colors,  No ‘western façade’ look, i.e. return and finish parapet walls,  Add thickness to parapets,  Wall packs shall be night sky compliant,  Disguise/hide meter troughs (screen wall, landscaping, etc.),  No mirrored glass on front,  Building shall comply with Highway 9 Overlay requirements. 12. Barn doors, Courtesy review  Provincial style more appropriate,  Color should be white or wood stain. 13. Deerfield Place, Buildings 1000,1100 and Outlot 3 Building review 13000 Highway 9 Sembler Atlanta Approved with conditions, 6-0  Building 1000, on east elevation, change color of CMU inserts to darker color,  Building 1100, Approved as submitted,  Outlot 3, Approved as submitted,  Al l buildings: No rooftop units shall be visible from the road. 14. Deerfield Place, Phase 2 Site review 13000 Highway 9 Sembler Atlanta Approved with conditions, 6-0  Add elms at corner and entrances, per City Arborist,  Pay special attention to the corner landscaping; create a focal point,  Close/relocate curb cut in median, new plantings to match existing. *Six Board members were present at the meeting. Michael Stevens was absent.
