Building permit: Lake Haven s/d Freemanville Road Bryan Timberlake Temp sales trailer-- Approved with conditions,  Add skirting/lattice work around entire bottom of structure and stairs (including the rear)  Add any required parking, per Overlay requirements  Provide landscaping between street and building and screen any off-street parking 4-0 3. Building permit: Shell Food Mart 12690 Crabapple Road Vince Kenny Dumpster enclosure-- Approved with conditions,  Gates of dumpster enclosure shall be opaque simulated wood, as shown in approved picture, painted to match roof of building/canopy  Brick shall match existing building as close as possible. 4-0 4. To allow an addition to be located more than 30’ from edge of landscape strip (Article 12.H.3.5.C.2)  Board has no issues—since this is an addition to an existing structure. 2. To allow an addition to have vinyl siding to match existing structure (Article 12.H.3.6.B)  Board does not support the use of the blue vinyl siding, as it is prohibited by Overlay requirements. 3. To allow an addition to have a ratio of openings (windows) less than 30% (Article 12.H.3.6.D.1)  Board suggests enlarging the windows on the elevation facing Birmingham Road (at least to match existing windows) to better comply with Overlay requirements.  Add brackets to shed roof for support.  Black shutters should be added. *Three Board members were absent from this meeting.
