Comments:
1. To allow an addition to be
located more than 30’ from
edge of landscape strip
(Article 12.H.3.5.C.2)
Board has no issues—since this is
an addition to an existing
structure.
2. To allow an addition to have
vinyl siding to match existing
structure (Article 12.H.3.6.B)
Board does not support the use
of the blue vinyl siding, as it is
prohibited by Overlay
requirements.
3. To allow an addition to have a
ratio of openings (windows)
less than 30% (Article
12.H.3.6.D.1)
Board suggests enlarging the
windows on the elevation facing
Birmingham Road (at least to
match existing windows) to
better comply with Overlay
requirements.
Add brackets to shed roof for
support.
Black shutters should be added.
