Adams Deferred for 30 days, 4-0  Try to make center element more prominent. Possibly reverse bookending, try copula, remove weather vanes;  Try to add features from Donnelly house, such as circular veranda;  Comments from the Chair: Generally, they are of a style similar to the Donnelly house and would be the higher leve3l of finish for the area. I do believe that there needs to be more variety between the two buildings. They both look too similar. I would suggest that the building E have more brick to be compatible with the other buildings of the development and then the brick buildings would be “bookended” by the frame house forms. Building E is pretty long and should be broken up to make it look taller at the east end adjacent o Building D. Building E needs more vertical elements to transition from the Building D to the East of it. Each building should have its own coloration as well, to make them look like they were built separately. 9. Building permit: Crabapple Mercantile Building F J.T.
