Try to make center element more
prominent. Possibly reverse
bookending, try copula, remove
weather vanes;
Try to add features from Donnelly
house, such as circular veranda;
Comments from the Chair:
Generally, they are of a style similar to
the Donnelly house and would be the
higher leve3l of finish for the area. I do
believe that there needs to be more
variety between the two buildings. They
both look too similar. I would suggest
that the building E have more brick to be
compatible with the other buildings of
the development and then the brick
buildings would be “bookended” by the
frame house forms. Building E is pretty
long and should be broken up to make it
look taller at the east end adjacent o
Building D. Building E needs more vertical
elements to transition from the Building D
to the East of it. Each building should
have its own coloration as well, to make
them look like they were built separately.

Building seems to be going in the
right direction.
Roof should be a muted color, not
Kelley or hunter green.
Resubmit for further review.
